1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be provided in cases where payment has been made for services that have not been rendered by Rough Ideas. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services with minimal errors. However, in the rare event that our services do not meet your expectations, and the quality of service provided by Rough Ideas does not meet industry standards, a refund may be issued.

2. Technical Errors: In the event that a technical error occurs during the payment process, resulting in duplicate payments or overcharging, refunds will be processed by Rough Ideas upon verification of the error. Any technical errors related to the payment process shall be the responsibility of Razorpay, the payment gateway provider, and Rough Ideas shall not be held liable for such errors.

3. Additionally, if you believe that the quality of service provided by Rough Ideas does not meet industry standards, please provide specific details outlining your concerns .All refunds shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of ticket/complained raised.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon approval of the refund request. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Quality of Service: At Rough Ideas, we are committed to providing exceptional quality of service with minimal errors. We employ industry best practices and quality assurance measures to ensure that our services meet or exceed your expectations. 6. Refund Disputes: If you believe that a refund has been erroneously denied or processed incorrectly, you may contact Rough Ideas to dispute the refund decision. All refund disputes will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of Rough Ideas.

8.Refund Requirements

To initiate a refund, customers must provide all required transaction details, including:

  1. Screenshot of the transaction confirmation.
  2. Transaction number or reference ID.
  3. Any relevant SMS or email communication related to the transaction.

9.Refund Method

All refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment. Refunds will be issued to the same account used for the initial transaction. 

10.Full Refunds (100%)

In the event of technical errors or project cancellations, full refunds (100%) will be processed promptly upon verification.

11.Partial Refunds (10%-50%)

Partial refunds (ranging from 10% to 50%) may be processed based on the progress and communications carried out between the customer and the project manager. The determination of the refund amount will be made on a case-by-case basis.
